摘 要:目的:研究分析授权教育模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期住院患者健康教育中的作用。方法:本次实验跨越2020年1月至2021年5月这一时间段,研究人员对100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期住院患者进行研究。研究人员在本次实验中按照双盲对照原则对所选患者分组,对照组所选50例患者采用常规健康教育,实验组所选50例患者采用授权教育模式,记录对照组及实验组患者护理工作满意度、护理干预前后CAT评分,并进行分析比较。结果:对照组所选50例患者中对护理工作相当满意及基本满意人数共计46人,占所选患者人数的比例为92.00%,实验组对应人数为50人,占所选患者人数的比例为100.00%,分析两组患者护理工作满意度相关数据,差异较大,(P<0.05);护理干预前对照组及实验组患者CAT评分分别为(26.13±6.46)分及(27.49±5.34)分,差异较大,(P>0.05),(21.35±3.92)分及(13.22±2.71)分分别为对照组及实验组患者护理干预后CAT评分,分析相关数据,差异较大,(P<0.05)。结论:授权教育模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期住院患者健康教育中有着不俗的表现。Objective: To study and analyze the role of authorization education model in health education of hospitalized patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: We studied 100 hospitalized patients with stable copd from January 2020 to May 2021. In this experiment, the researchers divided the selected patients into groups according to the double-blind control principle.The 50 patients in the control group were selected by routine health education, and the 50 patients in the experimental group were selected by authorization education mode. The nursing job satisfaction and CAT score of the patients in the control group and the experimental group were recorded, and analyzed and compared. R esults: There were 46 patients in the control group who were quite satisfied with the nursing work and those who were basically satisfied with the nursing work, accounting for 92.00% of the selected patients, and50 patients in the experimental group, accounting for 100.00% of the selected patients. There was a significant difference between the two groups of patients’ nursing work satisfaction data(P < 0.05). Before nursing intervention, the CAT scores of the control group and the experimental group were(26.13±6.46) points and(27.49±5.34) points respectively, the difference was significant(P > 0.05),(21.35±3.92) points and(13.22±2.71) points were the CAT scores of the control group and the experimental group after nursing intervention,Analysis of relevant data showed that there was a significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The authorized education model has a good performance in the health education of inpatients with stable copd.
