摘 要:提出一种折反混合式透镜的设计方法,该透镜包括5个自由曲面,大角度的光线通过2个自由曲面进行折射,其他角度范围的光线则进行反射调控,以加大光斑面积。该方法首先建立光源-目标面的能量网格映射关系,基于Snell定律构建自由曲面透镜面型。仿真结果发现:点光源时,目标面照度分布符合设计要求,换为面光源后,目标面照度分布有明显下降。通过修改目标面照度分布的方法提高了均匀性。实际测试结果表明,背光均匀性为86.8%,满足直下式背光模组的设计要求。设计的折反混合透镜能有效缩短混光距离,满足实际使用需求。A design method of refraction-reflection hybrid lens was proposed.The lens consisted of five freeform surfaces.The rays with large angles were refracted by two freeform surfaces,and the rays with other angles were reflected to increase the spot size.The energy grid mapping relationship between the light source and the target surface was firstly established,and the freeform surface was constructed based on Snell’s law.The simulation results showed that the illuminance distribution of the target plane could meet the design requirements when there was the point light source.However,the uniformity became poor when the extended light source was included.The uniformity was improved by modifying the illuminance distribution of the target surface.The actual test results showed that the uniformity of backlight unit achieved 86.8%,which could meet the design requirements.The designed and optimized refraction-reflection hybrid lens could effectively reduce the optical distance and satisfy the requirements for practical application.
