摘  要:在恒流驱动的集成电路设计中,很难将高精度、低V_(drop)以及电流可调等方面结合在一起。本文改进了传统的恒流驱动结构,通过引入MOS管线性电阻区的方式实现了低V_(drop)的可调式恒流驱动设计,并且通过误差平均化的方式提高了输出电流的精度。采用0.18μm CMOS工艺设计了恒流驱动芯片,芯片面积为1.04 mm×0.64 mm,实现了最大电流驱动能力为48 mA、10 mA恒流输出时V_(drop)<120 mV的低V_(drop)恒流驱动。In the design of constant current drive integrated circuit,it is difficult to integrate high precision,low Vdrop and adjustable current.In this paper,the traditional constant current drive struc⁃ture was abandoned,and the adjustable constant current drive design with low V_(drop) was realized by in⁃troducing MOS transistor working in linear resistance region,and the accuracy of output current was improved through error averaging.A constant current driver chip is designed by using 0.18μm CMOS process,and the chip area is 1.04 mm×0.64 mm.A low V_(drop) constant current drive structure with maximum current drive capacity of 48 mA and Vdrop<120 mV at constant current output of 10 mA is realized.
