摘　　要：恶性肿瘤在我国的发病率和病死率仍呈高发状态,严重影响了居民的生活质量。中医药在辅助治疗恶性肿瘤上有明显优势。中药药对是临床组方中最小的配伍单位,是临床医家多年治疗经验的凝练。揭示药对配伍的作用机制,对于阐释中医药治疗恶性肿瘤、传承名医大家治疗经验都具有十分重要的意义。对国医大师刘尚义教授临床常用的几则药对进行阐述,以期为临床中医药治疗恶性肿瘤提供全新的参考依据和诊疗思路。The incidence and mortality of cancer in China are still high,seriously affecting the quality of life of residents.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in adjuvant treatment of cancer.Chinese medicine pair is the smallest compatibility unit in clinical prescriptions,which is the condensation of many years’treatment experience of clinical doctors.It is of great significance to reveal the mechanism of drug pair compatibility for explaining the treatment of cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and inheriting the treatment experience of famous doctors.Therefore,this paper expounded several drug pairs commonly used in clinical practice by Professor LIU Shangyi,a master of Chinese medicine,to provide a new reference basis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of malignant tumor with traditional Chinese medicine.
