摘 要:目的分析同质园栽培的江西粉葛"赣葛一号"的表型性状多样性特征。方法计算各性状的变异系数和遗传多样性指数,应用主成分分析与聚类分析对赣葛一号植株性状、产量与总异黄酮含量等18个表型性状多样性进行分析评价研究。结果赣葛一号单株叶部性状的遗传多样性指数最大是顶生小叶叶形指数(2.07),最小为叶柄长(1.66);根、茎性状遗传多样性指数最大为根长(1.95),最小为根直径(1.74);产量与质量性状的遗传多样性指数最大为根部总异黄酮含量(2.03),最小为叶总异黄酮含量遗传多样性指数(1.68)。主成分分析表明,前五主成分累计贡献率是84.289%,反映了18个性状中叶片性状、叶形指数、产量、总异黄酮含量等重要信息。聚类分析结果将样品分为3大类,第Ⅱ类可作为优质选育材料,第Ⅲ类为高产选育材料。结论赣葛一号18个表型性状表现出丰富的遗传多样性,可为高产优质的选育和表型遗传多样性研究提供参考依据。Objective To analyze the phenotypic characteristics of"Gange No.1"Fen’ge(Pueraria thomsonii Benth)in Jiangxi cultivated in a homogeneous garden.Methods The coefficient of variation and genetic diversity index of each trait were calculated.The principal component analysis and cluster analysis were applied to analyze and evaluate the diversity of 18 phenotypic traits including plant traits,yield and total isoflavones content of"Gange No.1".Results The highest genetic diversity index of single leaf traits of"Gange No.1"was the terminal leaflet leaf shape index(2.07),the smallest was petiole length(1.66);the highest genetic diversity index of root and stem traits was root length(1.95),the smallest was root diameter(1.74);the largest genetic diversity index for yield and quality traits was root total flavonoid content(2.03),and the smallest was leaf total flavonoid content genetic diversity index(1.68).Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the top five principal components was 84.289%,reflecting important information such as leaf traits,leaf shape index,yield,and total flavonoid content among the 18 traits.The results of cluster analysis were divided the samples into 3 categories.The second category can be used as high-quality breeding materials,and the third category was high-yield breeding materials.Conclusion The18 phenotypic traits of Gange No.1 show rich genetic diversity,which can provide a reference for high-yield and high-quality breeding and phenotypic genetic diversity research.
