妇康丸联合安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妇康丸联合安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床效果。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月在医院进行治疗的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者126例,按照随机数字的方法分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组63例患者,对照组患者给予安宫黄体酮进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗方法基础上使用妇康丸,对治疗的效果进行分析。结果经过治疗后,对照组患者的雌二醇,卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素分别从(496.38±40.25)pmol/L、(13.92±1.08)U/L、(12.25±1.28)U/L降低到(312.27±33.54)pmol/L、(12.35±1.14)U/L、(10.25±1.32)U/L,观察组患者分别从(486.85±37.58)pmol/L、(14.03±1.17)U/L、(12.31±1.37)U/L降低到(227.23±29.87)pmol/L、(10.17±1.04)U/L、(9.77±1.15)U/L,观察组患者的降低幅度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=15.029,t=11.213,t=2.176,P<0.05)。经过治疗后,对照组患者的月经量、月经持续时间、子宫内膜厚度分别从(157.32±14.28)mL、(9.25±2.04)d、(14.32±3.07)mm降低到(103.25±13.24)mL、(5.98±1.03)d、(11.02±2.04)mm,血红蛋白含量从(85.47±8.25)g/L增高到(108.35±7.28)g/L,观察组患者的月经量,月经持续时间,子宫内膜厚度分别从(158.64±15.01)mL、(9.45±2.11)d、(14.42±3.11)mm降低到(89.28±11.25)mL、(4.02±1.02)d、(8.87±1.89)mm,血红蛋白含量从(86.74±8.11)g/L增高到(121.36±5.64)g/L,观察组患者的改善幅度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=6.382,t=10.732,t=6.136,-11.213,P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,两组患者的不良反应发生率的数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.076,0.259,0.076,0.434,0.612,P>0.05)。结论使用妇康丸联合安宫黄体酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,可以显著改善患者的各项指标,提高治疗的效果,未增加不良反应发生率,值得在临床工作中推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fukang Pill(妇康丸)combined with medroxyprogesterone in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal patients.Methods A total of 126 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate,and the observation group was treated with Fukang Pill on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the effect of the treatment was analyzed.Results After treatment,the levels of estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone of the control group were decreased from(496.38±40.25)pmol/L,(13.92±1.08)U/L and(12.25±1.28)U/L to(312.27±33.54)pmol/L,(12.35±1.14)U/L and(10.25±1.32)U/L,and those in the observation group were respectively decreased from(486.85±13.92)pmol/L,(14.03±1.17)U/L and(12.31±1.37)U/L to(227.23±29.87)pmol/L,(10.17±1.04)U/L and(9.77±1.15)U/L.The decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference of data was statistically significant(t=15.029,11.213,2.176,P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of menstruation,the duration of menstruation and the thickness of endometriumin the control group were decreased from(157.32±14.28)mL,(9.25±2.04)d and(14.32±3.07)mm to(103.25±13.24)mL,(5.98±1.03)d and(11.02±2.04)mm,and the content of hemoglobin was increased from(85.47±9.25)g/L to(108.35±7.28)g/L.The amount of menstruation and the duration of menstruation and the thickness of endometrium in the observation group were decreased from(158.64±15.01)mL,(9.45±2.11)d and(14.42±3.11)mm to(89.28±11.25)mL,(4.02±1.02)d and(8.87±1.89)mm,and the content of hemoglobin was increased from(86.74±8.11)g/L to(121.36±5.64)g/L.The improvement rate of the observation group was larger than that of the control gr
