激光联合丹红注射液对糖尿病视网膜病变的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨激光联合丹红注射液对糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、视网膜神经纤维层(retinal nerve fiber layer,RNFL)厚度的影响。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月河北北方学院附属第一医院接诊的DR患者92例(128眼)。以随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组62眼,观察组66眼。对照组给予激光光凝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丹红注射液。对比两组治疗前后的眼部相关指标、视网膜神经厚度、血清ICAM-1、ET-1浓度。结果两组在治疗前的视野灰度值、各位置的视网膜神经厚度、血清ICAM-1、血清ET-1数据差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的视野灰度值、各位置的视网膜神经厚度、血清ICAM-1、血清ET-1均降低,观察组治疗后的视野灰度值、各位置的视网膜神经纤维层厚度、血清ICAM-1、血清ET-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用激光联合丹红注射液方法治疗DR患者,改善视网膜神经纤维层厚度,降低血清ICAM-1、ET-1浓度。Objective To investigate the effects of laser combined with Danhong Injection(丹红注射液)on serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),endothelin-1(ET-1),retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)thickness in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods A total of 92 patients(128 eyes)with DR admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by random numbers,each with 46 cases.The control group had 62 eyes,and the observation group had 66 eyes.The control group was given laser photocoagulation treatment,and the observation group was given Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group.The eye-related indicators,retinal nerve thickness,serum ICAM-1 and ET-1 concentrations before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in the gray value of the visual field,the thickness of the retinal nerve and serum ICAM-1 and ET-1 of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The gray value of the visual field,retinal nerve thickness,serum ICAM-1 and ET-1 in each position of the two groups after treatment were all decreased.Those of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laser combined with Danhong Injection to treat patients with DR can improve the thickness of RNFL and reduce serum ICAM-1 and ET-1 concentrations.
