中药扶正解毒方联合重组人干扰素α-2b对年轻女性宫颈HPV感染的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨扶正解毒方联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗年轻女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选择医院2016年7月—2019年9月年轻女性HPV感染患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组采用单纯重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药扶正解毒汤剂治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发情况及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后观察组转阴率和有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候评分低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为8.33%(5/60),低于对照组的23.33%(17/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清hs-CRP和IL-18水平低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药扶正解毒方联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗年轻女性宫颈HPV感染可减轻机体炎症反应,疗效显著,且复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Recipe(扶正解毒方)combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 b in the treatment of young women with cervical HPV infection.Methods In our hospital from July 2016 to September 2019,120 cases of young women with HPV infection were as research subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Sixty patients in the control group used a simple recombinant human interferonα-2 b treatment.The observation group added Fuzheng Jiedu Recipe on this basis.The clinical effects and the recurrence of inflammatory cytokines of two groups were compared.Resultes After treatment,the observation group’s negative conversion rate and effective rate were significantly higher than those of the control group.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the observation group were lower than those of the pre-treatment group and the control group during the same period.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 8.33%(5/60),which was lower than the control group’s 23.33%(17/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-18 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group before and during the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not significant in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu Recipe combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 b in the treatment of young women with cervical HPV infection can reduce the body inflammatory response and has a significant effect and low recurrence rate.
