特色文化城市与新型城镇化耦合协调关系分析——以中国五个城市为例

摘　　要：特色文化城市是结合地域自身文化特质打造的,具有文化个性精神的城市。首先,构建特色文化城市与新型城镇化之间的耦合协调度评价模型,以确定两者的耦合协调关系。然后,对中国的广州、苏州、成都、郑州和哈尔滨5个案例城市进行实证研究,分析两大系统的联动发展情况。结果表明5个城市两大系统发展均为上升态势,属于协调耦合型,具有高度相关的良性耦合关系,且尚未达到高度协调的促进发展状态。最后,提出引导两大系统向高度协调有序方向发展的对策。The characteristic cultural city is known as a city with cultural individuality,which is formed by combining the regional cultural characteristics.Firstly,a coupling degree evaluation model between characteristic cultural city and new urbanization is constructed to determine the coupling and coordination relationship.Then,empirical study is conducted on five case cities in China,including Guangzhou,Suzhou,Chengdu,Zhengzhou and Harbin,to analyze the coupling development of the two systems.The results show that the development of the two systems in five cities is on the rise,belonging to the coordinated coupling type with highly correlated benign coupling relationship,and has not reached the highly coordinated state of promoting development.Finally,countermeasures are put forward to guide the two systems to develop in a highly coordinated and orderly direction.
