摘　　要：城市群是实现新型城镇化的主体区域,承担着推动国家经济增长和促进资源优化配置的重任。但随着城市群一体化进程的加快,面临统筹空间景观结构,构建鲜明的空间秩序,加强区域认同等一系列挑战,亟需通过城市群绿道建设统筹认同与景观生态提升,改善城市群生态环境。基于此,在对传统的资源环境评价方法进行改进基础上,充分借鉴了麦克哈格"设计结合自然"的景观生态规划思想、国土空间规划中的"双评价"、国家公园自然文化保护体系构建与全域旅游观等新思路,从生态、景观和交通等方面构建了涉及14个指标的定量化区域绿道选线模型,并将其运用于京津冀城市群的绿道选线规划之中,提出了7条绿道选线方案。最后从政策保障、基础设施配置、带动周边区域等三个方面提出了绿道实施策略。期望能够为城市群的生态廊道体系构建与文化生态品质提供启示。Urban agglomeration is the main area to realize new urbanization,which undertakes the important task of promoting national economic growth and promoting the optimal allocation of resources.However,with the acceleration of the integration process of urban agglomeration,urban agglomeration is facing a series of challenges,such as coordinating the spatial landscape structure,building a distinct spatial order,strengthening regional identity and so on.It is urgent to make the best landscape through the Greenway Construction of city group,strengthen the spatial identification of city groups and improve the ecological environment of city groups.Therefore,this paper improves the traditional resource and environment evaluation methods,and fully draws lessons from mchager′s landscape ecological planning thought of"design combined with nature",the"double evaluation"of land and space planning,the construction of National Park natural and cultural protection system and the concept of global tourism.A quantitative regional greenway route selection model involving 14 indicators is constructed from three aspects of ecology,landscape and transportation.It is applied to the greenway route selection planning of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration,the largest economic and population urban agglomeration in northern China,and seven greenway route selection schemes are proposed.Finally,it puts forward the implementation strategy of Greenway from three aspects:policy guarantee,infrastructure allocation and driving the surrounding areas.It is expected that this study can provide enlightenment for the construction of ecological corridor system and ecological restoration of urban agglomeration.
