摘 要:目的分析探讨河北省2015—2020年其它感染性腹泻报告发病情况及流行特征。方法通过大疫情网收集河北省2015—2020年其它感染性腹泻病例报告信息及突发公共卫生事件信息资料,对其进行三间分布描述及病原学分析。结果2015—2020年河北省共报告其它感染性腹泻病例337281例,年均发病率为75.03/10万,死亡3例。病例主要集中在10岁以下儿童(37.92%),尤其是2岁以下儿童,占所有报告病例的28.61%。职业以农民(46.95%)和散居儿童(35.03%)为主。发病高峰主要集中在每年的6—8月份,而后冬季12月至次年1月又出现一个小高峰。地区分布显示,病例及报告单位的分布均主要集中在河北省的西南石家庄地区、南部邯郸地区和东北部的唐山地区。在报告的病例中确诊病例占小部分(10.38%),感染的主要病原为轮状病毒(83.41%)。全省共报告其它感染性腹泻事件25起,主要发生地为学校,76.00%的事件由诺如病毒感染引起。结论河北省其它感染性腹泻发病呈现明显的季节、地区、人群分布特征,需切实加强婴幼儿及老年人健康教育,并在流行高峰来临之前,及时采取有针对性的防控措施,减少腹泻病的发生。Objective To explore the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of the reported infectious diarrhea other than cholera,dysentery,typhoid and paratyphoid(other infectious diarrhea)in Hebei province from 2015 to 2020.Methods The information of the other infectious diarrhea cases reports and public health emergencies from 2015 to 2020 were collected from"China Information System for Disease Prevention and Control".Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to describe temporal,spatial and populational distributions of the cases and for etiological analysis.Results From 2015 to 2020,337281 cases of other infectious diarrhea were reported,including 3 death cases.The average annual incidence rate was 75.03/100000.The cases were mainly children under 10 years old(37.92%),especially children under 2 years old,accounting for 28.61%.The majority of occupation were farmers(46.95%)and scattered children(35.03%).The peak time of reported cases was from June to August every year followed by a small peak from December to the next January.For the regional distribution,the cases and institutions reporting cases were mainly in Shijiazhuang area of the southwest region of Hebei province,in Handan area of the southern region of Hebei province and in Tangshan area of the northeast region of Hebei province.However,a small portion(10.38%)of cases were confirmed cases and rotavirus was the dominant pathogen(83.41%).Twenty-five epidemics of other infectious diarrhea were reported in the province.The epidemics occurred mainly in schools and 76.00%of incidents were caused by norovirus infection.Conclusions The incidence of other types of infectious diarrhea in Hebei province showed obvious seasonality,regional and population distribution characteristics.It was necessary to strengthen effective health education for infant and the elderly,and to implement timely and effective control measures before the peak of epidemic to reduce the occurrence of diarrheal diseases.
