摘　　要：首先介绍了金相样品制备的各个步骤,并对每个步骤中应注意的操作重点进行了说明,然后例举了不同钢种采用自动化制样设备制备金相样品的磨抛参数和实际效果,给金相检验技术人员提供参考。Firstly,each step of metallographic sample preparation was introduced,and the operation key points that should be paid attention to in each step were explained.Then,the grinding and polishing parameters and actual effects of metallographic samples prepared by automatic sample preparation equipment for different steel grades were exemplified,so as to provide reference for metallographic inspection technicians.
