摘 要:介绍了金属线材扭转性能测量不确定度的产生原因,并对某70E钢丝进行了金属线材扭转性能试验,建立了该次金属线材扭转性能试验的数学模型并给出了测量不确定度计算公式,计算出了该次金属线材扭转性能试验的测量不确定度。结果表明:该70E钢丝的金属线材扭转性能的测量值落在[34.5-5.99,34.5+5.99]格内的可能性为95%。The causes of uncertainty in the measurement of torsional property of metal wires were introduced, and the torsional property of metal wire on a 70 E steel wire were tested. The mathematical model of the torsion property test of metal wire was established, and the calculation formula of measurement uncertainty was given to calculate the measurement uncertainty of the torsion property test of metal wire. The results show that the possibility of the measured value of the torsion property of the metal wire of the 70 E steel wire falling within [34.5-5.99, 34.5+5.99] was 95%.
