摘 要:目的离子色谱法测定饮用水中二氯乙酸(DCAA)及三氯乙酸(TCAA)。方法AS19阴离子分析柱和AG19阴离子保护柱,OH-作为淋洗液,8 mmol/L~50 mmol/L梯度淋洗,进样体积为500μl,流速为1.0 ml/min,样品简单处理后,直接进样,离子色谱法进行测定。结果离子色谱法能较好的对饮用水中DCAA、TCAA进行定量分析,在设定的范围内有良好的线性,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998;DCAA低、中、高不同浓度RSD分别为4.68%、0.85%、0.47%,TCAA低、中、高不同浓度RSD分别为2.05%、1.97%、0.86%;DCAA、TCAA的检出限分别为2.50μg/L和8.04μg/L;DCAA低、中、高不同浓度回收率在94.19%~96.05%、TCAA低、中、高不同浓度回收率在94.52%~97.09%。结论该方法条件下水样只需通过0.2μm微孔滤膜过滤,便可直接进样,方法操作简单易行,精密度好、准确度高,可以准确测定饮用水中痕量DCAA和TCAA。太原市7个大型水厂的末梢水中DCAA和TCAA均未检出。Objective Ion chromatography has been widely applied in the determination of dichloroacetic acid(DCAA)and trichloroacetic acid(TCAA)in drinking water.Methods The IonPacTMAS19 anion analysis column and AG19 anion guard column were used.Hydride ion was used as the eluent.The analysis conditions included a gradient varied from 8 mmol/L to50 mmol/L,the injection volume of 500μl and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.After simply processed,the sample was injected directly and determined by ion chromatography.Results Ion chromatography has good performance in quantitative analysis of DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.The results demonstrated that the assay of DCAA and TCAA displayed the good linearity within the set range,with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9999 and 0.9998 respectively;At different concentrations of low,medium and high levels,RSDof DCAA were 4.68%,0.85%,0.47%and TCAA were 2.05%,1.97%,0.86%.The spiked recovery in the spiked range of DCAA was 94.2%-95.4%at three levels,with the limit of detection(LOD)of2.50μg/L,and TCAA was 94.19%-96.05%,with LOD of 94.52%-97.09%.Conclusion Under the optimized conditions,the water samples were only filtered through a 0.2μm microporous membrane,and directly injected.The method was simple and easy to operate with good precision and high accuracy.The data demonstrate that the method has great potentials in determination of trace DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.Neither DCAA nor TCAA was detected in the tip water of seven large water plants in Taiyuan City.
