摘　　要：目的了解2018年—2020年温州市外环境中H5、H7、H9亚型禽流感病毒污染情况,为人感染禽流感的防控提供依据。方法对温州市2018年—2020年共1796份外环境标本采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应方法进行流感病毒A型核酸检测,阳性标本进行H5、H7、H9亚型检测,H7阳性标本进行N9检测。结果2018年—2020年温州市外环境中禽流感病毒阳性率分别为24.3%、21.0%、14.7%。检出的病毒型别以H9和其他亚型为主,其次为H5,每年均有H5和H9混合阳性标本,2018年和2019年均检出H7阳性标本,无H7N9阳性标本。不同地区、季节、场所、标本类型禽流感病毒阳性率有差异,城乡活禽市场的阳性率最高,宰杀或摆放禽肉案板表面的擦拭标本阳性率最高。结论温州市外环境中禽流感病毒阳性率较高,型别多样,有感染人的风险,应积极采取综合性防控措施。Objective To understand the distribution of H5,H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza viruses in the external environment of Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2020,and provide evidence for the prevention and control of human infection with avian influenza.Methods A total of 1796 environmental samples from 2018 to 2020 in Wenzhou City were detected for influenza virus type A nucleic acid by real-time PCR.Positive specimens were conducted for the detection of H5,H7 and H9 subtypes,and H7 positive specimens were conducted for the detection of N9.Results The positive rates of avian influenza virus in Wenzhou in 2018-2020 were 24.3%,21%and 14.7%,respectively.The leading virus subtypes were H9 and other subtypes,followed by H5.There were H5 and H9 mixed positive specimens every year.There were H7 subtype positive specimens in 2018 and 2019,but no H7 N9 positive specimen was observed.The positive rate of avian influenza virus was different in different regions,seasons,places and specimen types.The positive rate of live poultry market in urban and rural areas was the highest,and the positive rate was the highest in wiping specimens on the surface of the cutting board for slaughtering or placing poultry meat.Conclusion The positive rate of avian influenza virus in the external environment of Wenzhou City is high,the subtypes are diverse,and there is a risk of human infection.It is necessary to take active measures to prevent and control human infection with avian influenza virus.
