摘 要:目的了解济宁市2016年—2020年无偿献血者的传染病指标检测情况,为完善招募策略,确保血液安全提供依据。方法回顾性分析济宁市中心血站2016年1月—2020年12月423823例无偿献血者传染病指标检测结果。结果423823例无偿献血者中传染病指标阳性率为1.01%,其中ALT阳性率最高,为0.48%,抗-HIV检测阳性率最低,为0.008%;女性无偿献血者抗-TP阳性率高于男性(P<0.05);25岁~34岁无偿献血者ALT、抗-HCV阳性率最高;45岁~60岁无偿献血者抗-TP阳性率最高;农民无偿献血者HBsAg阳性率最高;初中文化程度HBsAg、抗-HCV及抗-TP阳性率最高;小学/不识字传染病指标阳性率均最低。结论济宁地区无偿献血人群血液传染病指标阳性率不是很高,不同特征人群传染病指标阳性率有差异,从低危人群中招募献血者,可能是保障血液质量的有效措施。Objective To understand the detection status of infectious disease indicators of unpaid blood donors in Ji’ning City from 2016 to 2020,so as to provide basis for improving recruitment strategies and ensuring blood safety.Methods Retrospective statistical analysis was performed on the detection results of infection indicators of 423823 unpaid blood donors in Ji’ning Blood Center from January 2016 to December 2020.Results Among the 423823 unpaid blood donors,the positive rate of infectious disease index was 1.01%.The positive rate of ALT was the highest(0.48%)and that of anti-HIV was the lowest(0.008%).The positive rate of anti-TP among female unpaid blood donors was higher than that of male(P<0.05).The positive rates of ALT and anti-HCV were the highest in 25-34 years old unpaid blood donors.The positive rate of anti-TP was the highest in 45-60 years old unpaid blood donors and the positive rate of anti-TP was highest in 45-60 years old unpaid blood donors;The HBsAg positive rate was the highest among farmers who donated blood without compensation.The positive rates of HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-TP were the highest in junior high school education.Primary/illiterate infectious disease indicators had the lowest positive rates.Conclusion The positive rate of blood infectious diseases among non-remunerative blood donors in Ji’ning area is low,and the positive rate of infectious diseases among different characteristic groups is different.Recruiting blood donors from low-risk groups may be an effective measure to ensure blood quality.
