摘　　要：介绍袁今奇教授治疗肝硬化腹水的经验。腹水是肝硬化失代偿期常见的并发症之一,是各种慢性肝病发展的后期阶段,严重影响患者生命质量。袁老师认为临床辨证时,应注意起病缓急,分清寒热虚实,把握湿热、气积、血瘀之孰轻孰重。治疗需注意攻补兼施,扶正祛邪,调整脏腑功能,防止本病的复发或恶化。Professor Yuan Jinqi’s experience in the treatment of ascites is introduced.Ascites is one of the common complications of decompensated cirrhosis,and is the later stage of the development of various chronic liver diseases.It seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Teacher Yuan thought in time of the clinical syndrome differentiation,attention should be paid to the slow onset of illness,distinguish between cold and heat,deficiency and excess.We should grasp the importance of dampness and heat,qi qistagnation and blood stasis.The treatment should be combined with attack and remedy,adjust the function of zang-fu organs,to prevent recurrence or progression of the disease.
