摘　　要：基于浙江农村家庭的问卷调查数据分析发现,惠民医疗保险在农村的覆盖率还不够高,但较好的发挥了补充保险的作用;收入对惠民医疗保险购买带来的影响是倒U型的,农村居民对惠民医疗保险的认知起到了关键作用;农村居民对惠民医疗保险的满意度不高,对总体满意度的影响从大到小依次为价格实惠性、便捷性和保障全面性。Based on the questionnaire survey data of rural households in the three areas of Zhejiang,this article found that the coverage rate of inclusive medical insurance in rural areas is not high enough,but it plays the role of supplementary insurance well.The impact of income on the purchase of inclusive medical insurance is inverted U-shaped,and rural residents’cognition of inclusive medical insurance plays a key role.Rural residents’satisfaction with inclusive medical insurance is not high,and the impact on overall satisfaction is,in order from large to small,affordability,convenience,and comprehensive coverage.
