摘　　要：目的对比7种血痕显现液处理潜血指纹后,对后续DNA检验的影响。方法考马斯亮蓝、BBI蛋白染(变色液)、EOS蛋白染色液、神奇潜血指纹显现王 (显现红)、神奇潜血指纹显现王(显现蓝)、四甲基联苯胺、氨基黑10B显现1d、60d和180d后提取的潜血指纹与未经显现的对照样本进行DNA检验,对检验结果进行统计学分析,对比7种显现方法对DNA检验的影响。结果考马斯亮蓝、BBI蛋白染(变)色液、氨基黑10B和四甲基联苯胺显现1d~180d后的潜血指纹样本,经硅胶膜法提取均可获得有效的STR分型,与对照的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。经EOS蛋白染色液、神奇潜血指纹显现王(显现红)、神奇潜血指纹显现王(显现蓝)显现的样本,立即(1d)进行DNA检验可获得有效的STR分型,存放一段时间(60d、180d)后检出率低于对照(P<0.05)。结论考马斯亮蓝、BBI、氨基黑10B和四甲基联苯胺对后续DNA检验影响不大,经EOS、神奇潜血指纹显现王(显现红)、神奇潜血指纹显现王(显现蓝)显现后的样本应及时检验。Objective To compare the effects of seven reagents on subsequential DNA analysis of bloody latent fingerprint samples.Methods The latent blood fingerprints extracted from coomassie brilliant blue,BBI,EOS,latent bloodstains-red,latent bloodstains-blue,tetramethylbenzidine,acid black 10 B,after showing for 1 day,60 days and 180 days were tested by DNA with the unexposed control samples,and the DNA typing results were compared.Results The DNA testing of latent blood fingerprint samples detected by brilliant blue,BBI and Amino Black 10 B for 1 day,60 days and 180 days,could obtain effective DNA typing results,and there were no significant differences between samples and the control samples(P>0.05).The immediately DNA testing of latent blood fingerprint samples detected by EOS,latent bloodstainsred,latent bloodstains-blue could obtain effective DNA typing results.But with the time passing,the STR loci number of samples were lower than the control(P<0.05).Conclusion The immediately DNA testing of latent blood fingerprint samples detected by 7 reagents can obtain effective DNA typing results.The brilliant blue,BBI and Amino Black 10 B can store the samples for half a year.But the samples detected by latent bloodstains-blue should be tested immediately.
