摘　　要：全媒体时代的新闻职业精神,在舆论宣传事业和经济社会发展中的地位和作用变得尤为重要。其内涵主要包括高举旗帜的职业担当、传播为民的职业意识、公正独立的职业理念、勤于任事的职业作风及自我迭代的职业勇气。在具体实践中,存在着传统的思维惯性导致职业认知的偏差、价值观的开放和多元导致人文精神的失落、信息技术的不断进步导致职业困顿、商业主义对媒体的渗透导致理想信念淡化等一系列困境。新闻职业精神的塑造需要新闻工作者从意识到实践的行动自觉,需要媒体组织与社会系统的支撑和助力。具体可以通过强化组织管理与文化建设、推动校媒融合与终身学习、注重榜样引领和典型带动等路径来进行新闻职业精神的培育。In the all media era,the position and role of journalistic professionalism have become particularly important in publicity and socioeconomic development.Its connotation refers to remain true to the professionalism that advocate ideals,work for the people,uphold integration and cherish diligence and self-iteration.In reality,there are some difficulties,such as the deviation of professional cognition caused by outdated thinking,the loss of humanistic spirit caused by the openness and diversity of values,the technical dilemma caused by the continuous progress of information technology,and the dilution of ideals and beliefs caused by increasing commercialism in the media.The shaping of journalistic professionalism calls for changes from idea to action on the part of the journalists,as well as the support and efforts on the part of media organizations and social systems.Specifically,it can be cultivated by strengthening organizational management and cultural construction,promoting school media integration and lifelong learning,and give full play to role models and leading organizations.
