69例带状疱疹误诊分析

摘　　要：目的分析带状疱疹误诊情况。方法回顾性分析2019年9月至2020年9月漯河市第三人民医院接诊的69例带状疱疹误诊患者的临床资料。统计带状疱疹因首发症状误诊者比例, 及皮疹消退后随访时后遗神经痛者比例。结果 69例患者年龄(58.95±12.05)岁, 其中男性占比55.07%, 女性占比44.93%, 男性稍多于女性, 就诊前误诊天数(7.50±5.02)d。因皮疹首发于头面部而误诊者占比46.38%(32/69), 因首发症状为疼痛无皮疹而误诊者占比75.36%(52/69)。皮疹消退后随访3个月, 发生后遗神经痛19例(27.54%)。结论带状疱疹患者误诊时间为1周左右, 先出现疼痛及头面部皮疹症状者容易误诊, 部分误诊者可见带状疱疹后遗神经痛。Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis of herpes zoster.Methods The clinical data of 69 misdiagnosed patients with herpes zoster who were admitted to Luohe Third People’s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The proportion of patients who were misdiagnosed as the first symptom of herpes zoster and the proportion of patients with neuralgia after follow-up after the rash subsided was counted.Results Sixty-nine patients were(58.95±12.05)years old,of which males accounted for 55.07%,females accounted for 44.93%,and there were slightly more males than females,and the number of misdiagnosis days before treatment was(7.50±5.02)days.The proportion of misdiagnosed patients due to the rash was first on the head and face was 46.38%(32/69),and the proportion of misdiagnosed patients who were misdiagnosed because the first symptom was pain and no rash was 75.36%(52/69).The rash was followed up for 3 months after the rash subsided,19 cases(27.54%)suffered from postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusions The misdiagnosis time of herpes zoster patients is about one week.Those who first have pain and scalp and facial rashes are likely to be misdiagnosed.Some people who are misdiagnosed may have postherpetic neuralgia after herpes zoster.
