摘　　要：目的从供需双方分析河南村卫生室医疗服务现状及影响因素,为全面提升基层医疗服务能力、推进分级诊疗制度实施提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,于2020年7—10月抽取河南省27个村的卫生室医务人员及常驻居民为调查对象,通过自行设计的《村卫生室(社区服务站)数据调查表》、《村卫生室(社区卫生服务站)满意度调查表》,采用多元线性回归模型分析居民对基层医疗卫生服务满意度的影响因素。结果基层医疗服务人员老龄化严重,文化程度及医疗技术水平较低,业务住房面积达国家平均水平,诊疗人次各地存在一定差异,农村居民对村卫生室医疗服务满意率整体在46%以上,满意度影响因素为签约医生服务、服务态度、居民健康档案建设等。结论河南省村卫生室医疗服务可基本满足农村居民需求,但是对促进分级诊疗制度还有一定距离。Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors for medical services in village clinics of Henan Province from the perspective of supply and demand, and to provide reference for comprehensively improving the capacity of grassroots health services and promoting the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Methods Using multi-stage stratified random sampling method, medical staff and residents of 27 villages in Henan Province were selected as the respondents from July 2020 to October 2020. Self-designed questionnaires, Village Clinics(Community Health Service Stations) Data Questionnaire and Satisfaction Questionnaire of Village Clinics(Community Health Service Stations), were adopted. Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for residents’ satisfaction with grassroots health services. Results The aging of primary health service personnel is serious, whose educational level and medical technical level were relatively low.The business housing area was up to the national average, but there still exist certain differences in number of visits among regions. The satisfaction of rural residents with village clinic medical service was above 46%, whose influencing factors were contracted doctor service, service attitude, and residents’ health records. Conclusions The medical services in village clinics of Henan Province can basically meet the needs of rural residents, but the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system still needs to be promoted.
