摘 要:分析对比了国产和进口690TT合金传热管材料的显微组织,确认两者的显微组织差异不明显后,在模拟核电厂高温高压一回路水环境(300℃、10 MPa、1200mg/L B、2.2 mg/L Li)中分别测量了这两种管材试样在5μg/L和100μg/L溶解氧(DO)条件下的开路电位和弱极化曲线,通过测试腐蚀过程中的电化学动力参数自腐蚀电流密度(J_(corr))计算了平均腐蚀速率(v_(corr))。结果表明:DO<5μg/L时,国产和进口管材的平均腐蚀速率分别为0.68μm/a和0.71μm/a;DO为100μg/L时,平均腐蚀速率分别为0.81μm/a和0.85μm/a。溶解氧会促进合金的腐蚀,但国产和进口管材在试验条件下的平均腐蚀速率均很低,均匀腐蚀性能差别不大。Metallographic and microstructure of domestic and imported 690 TT alloy heat transfer tube materials were analyzed and compared.After confirming that the microstructure difference between the two was not obvious,the open circuit potential and weak polarization curves of the two tube samples under 5μg/L and 100μg/L dissolved oxygen(DO)conditions were measured in a simulated nuclear power plant’s high temperature and high pressure primary circuit water environment(300℃,10 MPa,1200 mg/L B,2.2 mg/L Li).The average corrosion rate (v_(corr)) was calculated by testing the electrochemical dynamic parameter J_(corr) in the corrosion process.The results showed that when DO<5μg/L,the average corrosion rates of domestic and imported tube were 0.68μm/a and 0.71μm/a,respectively;when DO was 100μg/L,the average corrosion rates were 0.81μm/a and 0.85μm/a,respectively.Dissolved oxygen would promote the corrosion of the alloy,but the average corrosion rates of domestic and imported tube under the test conditions were very low,and the general corrosion characters were almost the same.
