摘 要:针对输送典型酸性天然气(CO_(2)-H_(2)S-H_(2)O共存)管道的腐蚀问题,通过模拟试验,研究了CO_(2)分压、介质流速和H_(2)S含量对16Mn钢冲刷腐蚀行为的影响规律。结果表明:H_(2)S会加剧腐蚀,且随其含量增加腐蚀大幅增加,当H_(2)S体积分数≥5%时,16Mn钢的腐蚀速率是不含H_(2)S时的10倍以上;当CO_(2)分压为0.2 MPa时,临界流速为10 m/s,若大于临界流速,16Mn钢表面会出现点蚀,腐蚀程度大幅增加。Aiming at the corrosion of pipelines which transport typical sour natural gas(CO_(2)-H_(2)S-H_(2)O coexistence),the influence of CO_(2) partial pressure,medium flow rate and H_(2)S content on the erosion and corrosion behavior of 16 Mn steel was studied by simulation experiments.The results showed that H_(2)S would intensify corrosion,and the corrosion would increase greatly with the increase of its content.When the volume fraction of H_(2)S was≥5%,the corrosion rate of 16 Mn steel was more than 10 times that without H_(2)S.When the CO_(2) partial pressure was 0.2 MPa,the critical flow rate was 10 m/s.If flow rate was greater than the critical value,pitting would occur on the surface of 16 Mn steel,and the degree of corrosion would increase significantly.
