青东5外输污水管线的动态腐蚀行为

摘　　要：设计了腐蚀环道试验装置,分别进行了反应釜动态试验和环道动态试验。结果表明:在同等试验条件下,不同环境中试片的腐蚀速率由小到大依次是反应釜中试片,环道管道内壁试片和环道大试片。试片的腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀。A corrosion loop experiment device was designed,reactor dynamic test and loop dynamic test were carried out respectively.The results showed that under the same test conditions,the corrosion rate of the test piece in different environments increased in order as follows:the test piece in the reactor,the test piece of the inner wall of the loop pipe and the large test piece of the loop.The corrosion of the test pieces was uniform corrosion.
