不同生长调节剂对“户太八号”产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：研究以“户太八号”葡萄为对象,于萌芽期3~5叶和谢花后15 d分别喷施生长调节剂GA_(3)+CPPU,CSN,TDZ,探究不同生长调节剂对“户太八号”产量和品质的影响。结果表明,GA_(3)+CPPU有效提高了果穗质量、单粒重、果实横径、纵径以及硬度;CSN有效提高了果实硬度;TDZ有效提高了果穗质量、单粒重、横径。此外,1500倍TDZ有效提高了果实可溶性固形物含量,CSN、2000倍TDZ还能有效降低果穗病粒数。经综合比较,研究认为1500倍TDZ处理“户太八号”葡萄效果更佳。Grape‘Hutai 8’was selected as test material,the effects of GA_(3)+CPPU,CSN and TDZ treatments on yield and fruit quality of‘Hutai 8’were investigated.The results showed that treatment with GA_(3)+CPPU could significantly improve the cluster quality,grain weight,fruit equatorial diameter and longitudinal diameter;treatment with CNS could obviously increase the fruit firmness;treatment with TDZ could markedly enhance the cluster quality,grain weight and fruit equatorial diameter.In addition,1500 times of TDZ significantly improved the total soluble solid;CSN,2000 times of TDZ could significantly decrease the rate of diseased grains.By comprehensive comparison,the effect of 1500 times of TDZ treatment were better.
