摘　　要：目的探讨轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者社会支持对认知功能的影响以及睡眠和生活质量的链式中介作用。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年9月—2021年3月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第五医院神经内科住院的201例轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表北京版(MOCA-B)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、12条简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-12)对其进行调查。结果中介效应检验表明社会支持对认知功能的直接效应显著(P<0.05),睡眠质量、健康相关生命质量在社会支持与认知功能之间的中介效应显著(P<0.01),且睡眠质量、健康相关生命质量的链式中介效应显著(P<0.01)。结论社会支持可直接预测认知功能,亦可分别通过睡眠质量、健康相关生命质量的中介作用,以及睡眠质量、生命质量的链式中介效应间接预测认知功能。Objective To explore the influence of social support on cognitive function in patients with mild vascular cognitive dysfunction,as well as the chain mediating effect of quality of sleep and life.Methods From September 2020 to March 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 201 patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment in the Department of Neurology of the Fifth Hospital of Harbin Medical University as the research object.The General Information Questionnaire,Beijing version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MOCA-B),Social Support Rate Scale(SSRS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the Mos 12-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-12)were used to investigate the patients.Results The mediating effect test showed that the direct effect of social support on cognitive function was significant(P<0.05),and the mediating effect of sleep quality and health-related quality of life between social support and cognitive function were significant(P<0.01).The chain mediating effect of sleep quality and health-related quality of life between social support and cognitive function were significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Social support can directly predict cognitive function,or indirectly predict cognitive function through the mediating effects of sleep quality and health-related quality of life,as well as the chain mediating effects of sleep quality and quality of life.
