完带汤辅助中药外洗方治疗脾虚湿困型霉菌性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨完带汤辅助中药外洗方治疗脾虚湿困型霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属宁德市中医院2019年10月-2020年10月收治的脾虚湿困型霉菌性阴道炎患者90例为研究对象。随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组单纯给予中药外洗方治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予完带汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分、阴道微生态环境及复发率。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组pH值低于对照组,SIgA、IgG水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对脾虚湿困型霉菌性阴道患者,采用完带汤辅助中药外洗方治疗,效果好,能显著改善阴道微生态环境,提高免疫球蛋白水平,且复发率低。Objective:To explore the effect of Wandai Decoction assisted Chinese Medicine External Washing Prescription in the treatment of spleen deficiency dampness type fungal vaginitis.Method:Ninety patients with spleen deficiency dampness type fungal vaginitis admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given Chinese Medicine External Washing Prescription treatment simply,and the study group was given Wandai Decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,vaginal microecological environment and recurrence rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,pH value of study group was lower than that of control group,SIgA and IgG levels were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type fungal vaginitis,the treatment of Wandai Decoction assisted Chinese Medicine External Washing Prescription has good effect,can significantly improve the vaginal microecological environment,increase the level of immunoglobulin,and it has low recurrence rate.
