摘 要:目的:考察从三七渣和三七废液中提取的3种成分在不同浓度下对人肝癌细胞HepG2、人皮肤黑色素瘤细胞A375、人结肠癌细胞HCT-116、人胃癌细胞SGC-7901、人肺癌细胞A549的体外抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用改良MTT法对5种人源性肿瘤细胞进行体外抑瘤药理活性筛选。结果:对于HepG2,脂溶性提取物为2 mg/ml的给药组OD值低于空白组,能抑制细胞生长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于HCT-116,脂溶性提取物为2、1 mg/ml的给药组OD值低于空白组,能抑制细胞生长;500、200 μg/ml的给药组OD值高于空白组,可促进细胞生长;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于SGC-7901,脂溶性提取物为2、1 mg/ml的给药组OD值低于空白组,能抑制细胞生长;500、200 μg/ml的给药组OD值高于空白组,能促进细胞生长;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于A375,脂溶性提取物为2、1 mg/ml的给药组OD值低于空白组,能抑制细胞生长;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于A549,脂溶性提取物为2 mg/ml的给药组OD值低于空白组,能抑制细胞生长;1 mg/ml、500 μg/ml、200 μg/ml的给药组OD值高于空白组,能促进细胞生长;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三七渣和三七废液中的脂溶性提取物在高浓度时具有明显的抑制细胞增殖作用,在低浓度时,一般具有明显的促进细胞增殖的作用;而富含三七素及水溶性的三七提取物对肿瘤细胞活性的影响不大。Objective:To investigate the antineoplastic activities of three different concentrations components extracted from the residue and waste liquid of Panax notoginseng in vitro.This experiment study on the following cells:human hepatoma cell lines HepG2,human skin melanoma cell lines A375,colon cancer cell lines HCT-116,gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901,lung cancer cell lines A549.Method:The antineoplastic activities of five kinds of human tumor cells in vitro were screened by modified MTT assay.Result:For HepG2,the OD value of fat-soluble extract from the residue and the waste liquid of Panax notoginseng in 2 mg/ml was lower than that of the blank group,which could inhibit cell growth,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).For HCT-116,the OD value of fat-soluble extract in 2 mg/ml and 1 mg/ml were lower than those of the blank group,which could inhibit cell growth,the OD values of 500 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml groups were higher than the blank group,which could promote cell growth,there were significant differences (P<0.05).For SGC-7901,the OD value of fat-soluble extract in 2 mg/ml and 1 mg/ml were lower than that of the blank group,which could inhibit cell growth,the OD values of 500 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml groups were higher than the blank group,which could promote cell growth,there were significant differences (P<0.05).For A375,the OD value of fat-soluble extract in 2 mg/ml and 1 mg/ml were lower than those of the blank group,which could inhibit cell growth,and the differences were significant (P<0.05).For A549,the OD value of fat-soluble extract in 2 mg/ml was lower than that of the blank group,which could inhibit cell growth;the OD values of 1 mg/ml,500 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml groups were higher than the blank group,which could promote cell growth;there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The fat-soluble extract from the residue of Panax notoginseng and the waste liquid of Panax notoginseng can significantly inhibit cell proliferation at high concentration and promote cell proliferation at low conc
