摘  要:基于固定污染源(污染物因子SO_(2)、NO_(x)、颗粒物)烟气排放连续监测装置(简称“CEMS”)的系统构成,针对焦炉CEMS系统SO_(2)响应时间太长而不满足管理标准要求的问题,以试验验证的方式对影响SO_(2)响应时间的每一项可能原因逐项进行验证,查找焦炉CEMS系统SO_(2)响应时间过长的主要原因。同时,集合焦炉脱硫脱销的工艺技术特点,从根本上探明了SO_(2)气体在输送管路内被消耗的真正原因,为焦炉CEMS系统SO_(2)响应时间异常处置提供了经验参考及解决措施。Based on stationary sources of flue gas emissions(pollutant factors SO_(2),NOx,particulate matter)continuous monitoring device(hereinafter referred to as:CEMS)system structure,in view of the problem that the response time of SO_(2) system in the coke oven CEMS system is too long to meet the requirements of management standards,each possible reason that affects the response time of SO_(2) system is verified one by one by means of experimental verification,and the main reason for the excessively long response time of SO_(2) system in the coke oven CEMS system is found out.At the same time,combining with the characteristics of coke oven desulfurization and desalination technology,the real reason why SO_(2) is consumed in the gas pipeline is found out fundamentally.It provides an empirical reference for the corresponding time abnormal disposal of SO_(2) in the coke oven CEMS system,and provides solutions for the control of the influencing factors of SO_(2) system response time in the coke oven CEMS system.
