摘 要:研究通过对两种藤本植物叶片的叶面积、比叶面积、叶厚度、气孔参数和叶脉密度的测定来分析不同季节下植物叶片的性状差异以及其性状之间的联系,为探讨植物叶片性状对环境适应的可塑性提供理论基础,同时也为藤本植物在园林中的应用提供依据。结果表明:(1)两种藤本植物叶片各性状随着季节变化呈现显著差异(P<0.5),季节变化对五叶地锦的影响大于爬山虎。两种植物的叶面积和叶厚度均夏季为最高;五叶地锦叶片气孔长度和气孔密度随季节变化先减小后增大;爬山虎叶片气孔长度随季节变化逐渐增大,气孔密度先减小后增加,春季气孔密度最大;叶脉密度均为春季最大,夏季和秋季逐渐降低。(2)两种植物叶片各性状之间存在一定的联系,但是显著性因品种和季节变化而不同。In this study,the Leaf area(LA),Specific leaf area(SLA),Leaf Thickness(LT),Stomata Length(SL),Stomata Density(SD)and Vein Density(VD)of two vines were measured to analyze the differences of leaf traits and the relationship between their traits in different seasons.It provides a theoretical basis for exploring the plasticity of plant leaf traits to environmental adaptation and also provides a basis for the application of vines in gardens.The results showed that:(1)the leaf traits of the two vines showed significant differences with the seasonal variation(P<0.5),the impact of seasonal changes on Parthenocissus quinquefolia(L.)Planch was greater than Parthenocissus tricuspidata Planch.The LA and LT of the two plants were the highest in summer;the SL and SD of the leaves of Parthenocissus quinquefolia(L.)Planch decreased first and then increased with the seasonal variation;the SL of the Parthenocissus tricuspidata Planch leaves gradually increased with the seasonal variation,and the SD decreased first and then increased,with the maximum stomatal density in spring;the VD was highest in spring and decreased gradually in summer and autumn.(2)There is a certain relationship between the leaf traits of the two plants,but the significance varies with varieties and seasons.
