基于工业4.0的服装个性化设计模式创新

摘　　要：随着工业4.0研究的逐渐深入,近几年,我国制造业的发展速度越来越快,体现了社会的整体进步。最初,工业设计的存在是为了服务于我国制造业,在制造业向工业4.0升级转型这一大背景下,无论是设计的方法还是设计的理论,都应进行转变,真正满足社会发展的整体需求,并且推动社会发展朝着更高层级的方向进行转变,提高社会发展的整体质量。特别是随着人工智能技术、大数据技术的飞速发展,消费者对产品的个性化以及产品质量等需求越来越高,基于工业4.0开展个性化设计的方式也受到了业内人士的高度关注。文章以某服饰有限公司的服装智能实验室工厂生产个性化西服为例,分析其生产架构以及在此生产模式下的设计模式,归纳总结设计师的职能变化。主要目的是根据当前工业4.0时代的背景和整体发展趋势,提出更个性化的发展理念,确保个性化发展质量能在短时间内得到提升。With the gradual deepening of Industry 4.0 research,in recent years,China’s manufacturing industry has developed faster and faster,reflecting the overall progress of society.Initially,the existence of industrial design was to serve China’s manufacturing industry.Under the background of the upgrading and transformation of manufacturing industry to Industry 4.0,both design methods and design theories should be changed to truly meet the overall needs of social development,promote the transformation of social development towards a higher level,and improve the overall quality of social development.Especially with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and big data technology,consumers have higher and higher demand for product personalization and product quality.The way of personalized design based on Industry 4.0 has also attracted great attention from people in the industry.Taking the production of personalized suits in the clothing intelligent laboratory factory of a clothing company as an example,this paper analyzes its production structure and the design model under this production model,and summarizes the functional changes of designers.The main purpose is to put forward a more personalized development concept according to the background and overall development trend of the current Industrial 4.0 era,so as to ensure that the quality of personalized development can be improved in a short time.
