摘  要:随着光通信、集成电路以及光电器件的飞速发展,对微纳光波导的性能提出了更高的要求,因而寻找更加合适的光波导制作材料成为光学材料领域的热点问题。由制作光波导材料的分类出发,分别介绍了由聚合物、有机晶体分子、半导体等材料制作的光波导的优势及应用。重点分析了影响稀土掺杂微纳光波导性能的因素:一方面,通过改变激发功率、调整光传输距离等手段,在对发射光红绿比调控的同时,有效提升光的耦合效率;另一方面,讨论了不同形貌的稀土掺杂光波导的传导模式,通过改变激发方式(激发光入射角度等)分析其特有的发射模式。最后展望了稀土掺杂微纳光波导在降低光损耗、提升耦合效率、调控发射模式等方面的前景。In recent years,with the rapid development of optical communication,integrated circuits,and optoelectronic devices,the demand for micro-nano optical waveguides in various fields is increasing dramatically.The fabrication materials of optical waveguides determine their properties significantly,so exploring diverse suitable materials has become a hot spot in the field of optical materials.Based on the classification of optical waveguide materials,the advantages and applications of optical waveguides made of polymer,organic crystal molecules and semiconductor are introduced respectively.The rare earth doped micro/nano optical waveguide is mainly introduced from two aspects.On the one hand,by changing the excitation power and adjusting the light transmission distance,the red-green ratio of the emitted light can be controlled and the coupling efficiency of the light can be increased.On the other hand,the propagation modes of rare-earth doped optical waveguides with different morphologies are summarized,and the unique emission modes are analyzed by changing the excitation modes,such as the incident angle of the excitation laser.Finally,with the innovation of fabrication materials and control methods,optical waveguides of different materials play their unique advantages in various fields.Rare-earth doped micro/nano optical waveguides still have great development prospects in optical loss,coupling efficiency,emission mode and other aspects.
