摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者发生糖尿病肾病(DN)的相关危险因素。方法:收集397例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据尿微量白蛋白(UMA)水平分为UMA正常组和UMA异常组,比较两组间相关数据并进行统计学分析。结果:UMA异常组的体重指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、肌酐(Cr)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平高于UMA正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UMA水平与BMI、TG、Cr、Fib水平正相关(P<0.05)。进行二元Logistic回归分析得出TG、Fib是DN的独立危险因素。结论:TG、Fib是DN的独立危险因素,DN的发生与TG、Fib水平密切相关。Objective To investigate the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method The clinical data of 397 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected.According to UMA level,the patients were divided into normal microalbuminuria group and abnormal microalbuminuria group,and the relevant data between the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results The levels of BMI,TG,TC,LDL,Cr and Fib in the abnormal group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).UMA was positively correlated with BMI,TG,Cr and fib(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that TG and FIB were independent risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion TG and Fib are independent risk factors for diabetic nephropathy.The occurrence of DN is closely related to the level of TG and Fib.
