摘  要:轴承在生产过程中的滚动体缺失会影响机械设备的安全运行,本文提出了机器视觉背景下基于VisionPro的轴承滚动体缺失检测。在获得较好的打光图像后,利用VisionPro的PMAlignTool进行模板训练以及缺失识别,并结合C#脚本,将结果可视化,在图片上显示具体的检测结果,包括产品合格与否、合格的滚动体个数以及不合格的原因,便于后续的人机交互。通过实验,该方法确实取得了较好的检测结果,能够正确检测轴承滚动体的缺失情况,后续结合通信设备与机械手臂,可实现自动分拣。相较于传统的人工检测,该方式具有效率高、准确性高、安全性高的优势,是现代工业生产中亟需的检测方式。The loss of rolling element in the production process of bearing will affect the safe operation of mechanical equipment.This paper proposes the bearing rolling element loss detection based on visionpro under the background of machine vision.After obtaining a good polished image,use visionpro’s pmaligntool for template training and missing recognition,and combine with c# script to visualize the results,and display the specific test results on the picture,including whether the product is qualified or not,the number of qualified rolling elements and the reasons for nonconformity,so as to facilitate subsequent human-computer interaction.Through experiments,this method has indeed achieved good detection results,and can correctly detect the lack of bearing rolling elements.In the follow-up,combined with communication equipment and manipulator,it can realize automatic sorting.Compared with the traditional manual detection,this method has the advantages of high efficiency,high accuracy and high security.It is an urgent detection method in modern industrial production.
