摘　　要：本文首先对某款MPV车型T2’与T2’’数据的制动噪声进行加速、路噪、怠速带载载荷分析。三种载荷下的弱点分析及优化,寻找车身方案,T2’模型方案对比T2’’模型方案,车身方案在不同载荷下的验证,减重方案,有效的解决了整车路噪低频压耳声的问题。Firstly,this paper analyzes the braking noise of T2 ’and T2’ data of an MPV model,including acceleration,road noise and idle load.The article studies the weakness analysis and optimization under three loads,looking for body scheme,T2 ’model scheme compared with T2’ ’model scheme,verification of body scheme under different loads and weight reduction scheme,which effectively solves the problem of low-frequency ear pressure of road noise of the whole vehicle.
