棉秆收获机定长切断装置的设计与仿真分析

摘  要:本文设计了一种棉花秸秆收获机定长切断装置,在实现对田间棉秆导向剪切、捡拾移位、输送及打捆收获作业的基础上实现定长切断功能。利用Solidworks软件对收获机整机建模后,提取该机具核心切断装置进行静力学与疲劳寿命分析。静力学分析结果表明:间隙星刀在模拟工作条件下最大等效应力为41.40 MPa,最大总变形为0.029 mm,而齿刀的最大等效应力为88.72 MPa,最大形变为0.046 mm,二者所承受最大等效应力与总变形均远低于所选材料的承受极限,同时疲劳寿命分析表明:间隙星刀在循环加载受力100000次以上才可能出现疲劳损伤,齿刀则在循环加载847140次时出现单个疲劳损伤点,综合静力学与疲劳寿命分析可知,该机切断装置符合设计要求,能够满足实际作业需求。研究结果为该机具提供理论依据的同时,为其他农业机械的设计应用提供新的参考与方向。In this paper,a fixed length cutting device for cotton straw harvester is designed,which realizes the function of fixed length cutting on the basis of guiding cutting,picking and shifting,conveying and baling harvest of cotton straw in the field.After modeling the whole harvester with Solidworks software,the core cutting device of the harvester is extracted for static and fatigue life analysis.The results of static analysis show that the maximum equivalent stress and total deformation of clearance star cutter are 41.40 MPa and 0.029 mm respectively,while the maximum equivalent stress and deformation of gear cutter are 88.72 MPa and 0.046 mm respectively.The maximum equivalent stress and total deformation of the two tools are far lower than the bearing limit of the selected materials.Meanwhile,the fatigue life analysis shows that the stress of the clearance star cutter under cyclic loading is Fatigue damage may occur only after more than 100000 times,and single fatigue damage point appears when the gear cutter is loaded 847140 times.The comprehensive static and fatigue life analysis shows that the cutting device of the machine meets the design requirements and can meet the actual operation requirements.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the mass production of the machine,but also provide a new reference and direction for the design and application of other agricultural machinery.
