高效热交换器小温差换热过程热量不平衡问题分析

摘  要:针对高效热交换器小温差换热过程进行了试验,结果表明:小温差换热过程冷、热侧热流量存在不平衡问题,冷、热侧热平衡误差随冷侧流体温升值和热侧流体的温降值的减小而增大。经分析发现,引起小温差换热过程热量不平衡的主要原因是随冷侧流体温升值和热侧流体的温降值的减小,温度测量仪表精度误差占比增大,导致热平衡误差增大。因此,建议测试标准GB/T 27698.1增加温度测量仪表相对于热交换器流体进出口温差的精度要求。Experiments were performed in the small-temperature difference heat exchanging process of high-efficiency heat exchangers.The experimental results show that there is an imbalance between the cold and hot side heat fluxes during the small-temperature difference heat exchanging process.The heat balance error increases with the decrease of the temperature rise of the cold-side fluid and the temperature drop of the hot-side fluid.According to the analysis of the test results,it is found that the main reason for the heat imbalance in the small-temperature difference heat exchanging process is that with the decrease of the temperature rise value of the cold side fluid and the temperature drop value of the hot side fluid,the error of the temperature instrument causes the thermal balance error to increase,therefore,it is recommended that the test standard GB/T 27698.1 should increase the accuracy requirements of the temperature measuring instrument relative to the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger fluid.
