摘 要:针对多联式空调(热泵)机组室内机之间制冷剂分流均匀性进行试验,结果表明,高/中压比值是影响分流的一个主要因素。调整控制参数后再次进行测试发现,高/中压比小于1.5,中/低压比大于1.9时,室内机之间制冷剂分流良好,但各电子膨胀阀的开度差别较大;使用分流器代替分流管后,对应的电子膨胀阀开度差别在37步以内,进一步提高了室内机之间制冷剂分流的均匀性。The refrigerant flow distribution uniformity between each indoor unit of multi-connected air-conditioning(heat pump)unit is studied by test.The results show that the high/intermediate pressure ratio is one of the key factors influencing the flow distribution.The tests are conducted after adjusting the control parameters,it shows that the flow distribution behaves better when the high/intermediate pressure ratio is less than 1.5 and the intermediate/low pressure ratio is higher than 1.9,while the difference between each electronic expansion valve opening degrees is large.After using shunt instead of shunt tube,the difference is within 37,which greatly improves the flow distribution uniformity of indoor units.
