摘  要:为优化以混合制冷剂为工质的立式冷冻箱制冷系统降温能力,对使用R600/R290混合制冷剂的立式冷冻箱在32℃环境温度下进行降温能力试验,研究混合制冷剂充注量、制冷剂各组分配比、毛细管流量及风机转速对其性能的影响。结果表明:混合制冷剂充注量过大会削弱制冷系统降温能力,并使压缩机功率增加;增大毛细管流量、风机转速及混合制冷剂中R290的占比可以提高制冷系统降温能力,制冷系统拉温深度下降0.7~3.3℃,但同时会增大制冷系统运行功率;毛细管流量为5 L/min,制冷剂充注量为50 g,R600与R290质量比为7:3是满足设计要求的最佳系统配置。In order to optimize the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system of vertical freezer with mixed refrigerants as working medium,the cooling capacity test on vertical freezer with R600/R290 mixed refrigerants is carried out at 32℃ambient temperature.The effects of mixed refrigerant charge amount,refrigerant distribution ratio,capillary flow rate and fan speed on the performance are studied.The results show that if the charge amount of mixed refrigerants is too high,the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system will be weakened,and the power of compressor will increase.The cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be improved by increasing the capillary flow rate,the fan speed and the proportion of R290 in the mixed refrigerants,and the cooling depth of the refrigeration system will be reduced by 0.7-3.3℃,in the meanwhile,the operation power of the refrigeration system will increase.The optimum system configuration is the unit with capillary flow rate of 5 L/min,refrigerant charge amount of 50 g and mass ratio of R600:R290 of 7:3,which meets the design requirements.
