摘　　要：文章从国内外轨道交通线网规划概述入手,结合新发展阶段下的新要求,阐述北京市轨道交通线网规划"服务首都、区域协同、引领融合、绿色高质、存量优化"的目标,并通过深入分析线网现状及存在问题,得出新发展阶段下北京市轨道交通线网规划的内容,提出相应的规划思路以及"底线思维、战略引领、协同融合、资源统筹、精准施策"5条规划策略,以期为实现北京市轨道交通线网的科学、精细规划提供参考和借鉴。Starting with an overview of domestic and foreign rail transit network planning and combined with the new requirements under the new development stage,this paper expounds the goals of Beijing rail transit network planning:serving the capital,regional coordination,leading integration,environmentally friendly with high quality,and optimization of stock.Through a penetrating analysis of the current situation and existing issues of the network,the content of Beijing rail transit network planning under the new development stage is educed,and corresponding planning ideas and five planning strategies are put forward:bottom-line thinking,strategic guidance,collaborative integration,overall resource planning,and accurate implementation.This serves to provide a reference and example for the scientific and precise planning of the Beijing rail transit network.
