摘　　要：随着城轨线网层次的不断完善,重庆市中心城区规划形成"四纵四横"格局的城轨快线,与城轨普线共同构成重庆市主城都市区快速交通网络体系。城轨快线的建设也标志着重庆市轨道交通建设步入2.0版本的新时代,无论是建设标准还是建设模式,都需要进行探索和创新。通过对不同层次城轨快线网络规划的梳理,结合已批复的城轨快线运营管理模式,从勘察设计标准、建设模式、建设管理、建设调度、建设一体化、督查督办与考核通报等方面进行创新研究,以期实现重庆市城轨快线快速、高效、舒适的建设管理理念。With the continuous improvement of the urban rail transit network,the urban rail express with the pattern of"four vertical and four horizontal"has been formed within the city proper of Chongqing,which together with the urban rail transit line constitutes the rapid transit network system.The construction of express railways also marks that the construction of Chongqing rail transit has entered a new era of version 2.0.Both construction standards and construction modes need to be explored and innovated.By combing the network planning of express railway at different levels,combined with the approved urban rail express operation management mode,this paper puts forward innovative research from the aspects of survey and design standards,construction mode,construction management,construction scheduling,construction integration,supervision,and assessment notification in order to realize the fast,efficient and comfortable construction management concept of Chongqing express railway.
