摘 要:自主设计、建造豪华邮轮是海洋强国的重要标志。舱底水系统作为最重要的保船系统,一方面承担着日常排放含油舱底水的工作,另一方面也肩负着紧急情况下及时排放舱室进水的重任。本文从船舶设计建造原理角度出发,以VISTA号邮轮为例,进行油性舱底水系统的设计技术研究。通过三维建模重构油性舱底水系统的具体布置,并分析各关键部件/系统的工作原理。在母型船设计方案的基础上,结合相关规范要求,进行油性舱底水系统关键部件设计参数的推导计算,为国产化豪华邮轮油性舱底水系统的设计奠定理论基础。Independent design and construction of luxury cruise is an important symbol of marine economic powerful nation.As the most important ship protection system,bilge water system is responsible for daily discharge of oily bilge water and timely discharge of cabin water in case of emergency.From the perspective of ship design and construction principle,taking VISTA cruise ship as an example,the design technology of the oily bilge system is studied.The specific layout of the oily bilge water system is reconstructed through Three-dimensional modeling,and the working principle of each key component/system is analyzed.In addition,on the basis of the design of the parent ship,the design parameters of the key components for the oily bilge system are deduced and calculated combined with relevant specifications.This study will provide the theoretical foundation for the oily bilge system design of domestic luxury cruise ships.
