摘 要:为了明确新疆新源县小麦条锈菌生理小种的构成,于2018年在新源县采集100份小麦条锈菌标样,利用19个中国鉴别寄主对标样进行生理小种鉴定。结表果明,37份标样未明确鉴定,63份明确鉴定的标样中鉴定出23种已知生理小种类型,其中条中33号、条中32号和条中34号发生频率较高,其频率分别为17.5%、11.1%和11.1%,为当地的优势生理小种,其余的生理小种鉴出频率低于7%;致病类群以水源11、Hybird 46和贵农22类群为主,出现的频率分别为33.3%、25.4%和22.2%;毒性基因v9、vsu、v3b+4b和v10的发生频率分别为85.7%、79.3%、43%和22.2%,其中v9和vsu发生频率高于75%,表明抗性在逐渐丧失。新疆新源县的小麦条锈菌生理小种类型丰富,但演化过程滞后于内地;条中34号生理小种已呈显著上升趋势。监测结果可对预测新疆小麦条锈病的发生流行及抗病育种提供理论依据。In order to clarify the composition of the physiological races of Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici(Pst)in Xinyuan County,Xinjiang,100 samples of wheat stripe rust were collected in Xinyuan County in 2018,and the samples were identified by 19 Chinese differential hosts.The results showed that 37 samples were not clearly identified;23 physiological races were identified from 63 samples;the CYR33,CYR32 and CYR34 were the most dominant races in Xinyuan,with frequencies of17.5%,11.1%and 11.1%,respectively;the other physiological race frequency was less than 7%.The pathogenic groups were Sull-11,Hybrid 46 and Guinong 22 groups,with the occurrence frequencies of 33.3%,25.4%and 22.2%,respectively.The frequency of the virulent genes v9,vsu,v3 b+4 b and v10 were 85.7%,79.3%,43%,and 22.2%,respectively.The frequencies of v9 and vsu were more than 75%,indicating that the resistant ability of wheat varieties was gradually lost.The results showed that there were abundant physiological race types of wheat stripe rust in Xinyuan County,Xinjiang,but the evolution process lagged behind other provinces.In addition,the frequency of CYR34 showed a significant upward trend.The results provided a theoretical basis for predicting the epidemic of wheat stripe rust in Xinjiang and were helpful for resistance breeding.
