摘 要:引进杜泊羊、萨福克与张掖市甘州区、山丹县和民乐县饲养的蒙古羊进行杂交改良,对杂交后代生产性能进行了测定分析。结果表明:在相同的舍饲条件下,杜×蒙F_(1),萨×蒙F_(1)和蒙古羊纯繁羔羊产活率差异不显著;杜×蒙F_(1),萨×蒙F_(1)羔羊初生重、1月龄、3月龄、6月龄体重、日增重均极显著高于蒙古羊;杜×蒙F_(1),萨×蒙F_(1)羔羊6月龄体高、体长、胸围和产肉性能均极显著高于蒙古羊;三个县区试验场测定数据相互间差异不显著。试验结果显示,采用杜泊羊、萨福克杂交改良蒙古羊产生的杂交后代表现出适应性强,耐粗饲,生长发育快、肉用特征明显等杂种优势,适合在张掖市推广利用。The Mongolian sheep(M)raised in Ganzhou,Shandan and Minle counties of Zhangye city were improved by introducing Dorper sheep(D)and Suffolk sheep(S).The production performance of hybrid progenies was determined and analyzed.The results show that:Under the same house feeding conditions,there was no significant difference in the reproduction rate of F_(1)of D×M,F_(1)of S×M and pure breeding of Mongolian sheep.The birth weight,body weight and daily gain of F_(1)of D×M,F_(1)of S×M at 1 month,3 months and 6 months were significantly higher than those of Mongolian sheep.Body height,body length,chest circumference and meat production performance of F_(1)of D×M,F_(1)of S×M at 6 months of age were significantly higher than those of Mongolian sheep.There was no significant difference between the measured data of the three counties.The results show that the hybrid progenies produced by the crossbreeding of Mongolian sheep improved by the crossbreeding of Dorper sheep and Suffolk sheep show heterosis such as strong adaptability,tolerance to coarse feeding,fast growth and development,and obvious meat characteristics,which were suitable for popularizing and utilizing in Zhangye city.
