摘 要:针对内蒙古部分地区沙漠化土质较为松散,在特高压输电线路建设中,常规的抱杆组立铁塔会降低拉线、地锚抗拔系数,延长施工工期;汽车吊车组立铁塔在沙漠地区无法行走,起吊铁片不稳固等问题,在分析铁塔塔段质量分布的基础上,针对不同塔形和塔高计算吊车最大装配荷栽和最大臂长,装配过程采用大、小书车组合搭配组立铁塔,从施工安全、质量、进度和造价等方面综合研究分析,认为采用履带吊车机械化装配铁塔,可提升作业安全风险管控能力,缩短工期,节约施工成本。According to the characteristics of the relatively loose desertified soil in Inner Mongolia,in the construction of transmission lines,especially the construction of UHV line,conventional derrick group vertical tower will significantly reduce guy anchor tension coefficient,and extend the construction period at the same time,crane group vertical tower in desert areas cannot walk and the lifting iron piece is unstable.Based on the detailed analysis of the tower,on the basis of weight distribution of the tower section,the maximum assembly load and crane arm length are calculated for different tower shapes and tower heights.In the assembly process,vertical tower is assembled by big and small cranes.From the aspects of construction safety,quality,progress and cost of comprehensive research and analysis,it is believed that the use of crawler cranes to assemble towers can improve operational safety risk management and control capabilities,shorten the construction period,and save construction costs.The mechanization of tower assembly,promotion of mechanical construction to promote the innovative application of construction technology and solve the relevant problems.
