论百年入党誓词中的政治忠诚话语演变及其功能

摘　　要：在中国共产党的百年发展史中,除了建党初期没有规范入党誓词,在革命、建设与改革实践的不同时期,随着党的历史任务、奋斗目标和建设情况等条件的变化,入党誓词呈现出不同的政治忠诚话语,虽然内容并未统一,但集中反映了不同历史时期党对党员的具体要求,体现了与时俱进的特征。党的十二大将入党誓词写入了党章,入党誓词从此规范化、制度化,并沿用至今,构成了党员对党忠诚的完整话语体系。从"永不叛党""对党有信心""坚决执行党的决议",到"对党忠诚老实""对党忠诚",不同阶段誓词中的核心话语反映了我党在不同历史时期组织建设的具体要求,也体现了革命战争年代与和平建设时期党对党员要求的区别,这是誓词中政治忠诚话语的高度概括,对党员具有身份塑造、行动指令、行为约束和思想教育的功能。In the centennial development history of the Communist Party of China,only in the early days of the founding of the party lacks the standardization of the party admission oath.In the different periods of revolution,construction and reform practice,as the party’s historical tasks,struggle goals and construction conditions change,the party admission oaths present different political loyalty discourses.Although the content of different political loyalty discourses wasn’t unified,it reflects the specific requirements of the party for party members in different historical periods.It embodies the characteristics of keeping pace with the times.The oath was written into the Party Constitution in the 12 th National Congress of the CPC,and since then it has been standardized,institutionalized and still in use today,forming a complete discourse system of Party members’loyalty to the Party.From“never betray the Party”,“having confidence in the Party”,“resolutely implement the Party’s resolutions”to“be loyal to and honest with the Party”and“be loyal to the Party”,the core discourses in the oaths at different stages reflect the specific requirements of the party’s organization construction in different historical periods,and also reflect the difference between the party’s requirements for party members during the period of revolutionary war and peace building.It is a high generalization of the political loyalty discourse in the oath,which has the functions of identity shaping,action instruction,behavior restraint and ideological education for party members.
