摘　　要：新中国成立以来,在长达70年的发展历程中,特别是改革开放后的40余年,实现了长期稳定的经济增长。这是党的领导下全体劳动人民不断探索经济运行机制的结果。这一过程伴随着经济体制调整的不断尝试,伴随着对经济制度、经济机制与经济体制相互关系的逐步认识,并最终找到了适合经济发展的经济机制。中国经济运行的机制不同于任何一种传统或当代的西方经济范式,是我们从无数成功或失败的历史经验教训中淬取而来的、与时俱进的、具有中国特色的经济运行原理。它的成功之处在于,自始至终都在社会主义实现人民美好生活愿望的大目标下,遵循着需求第一性的原则,并在进入市场化阶段后充分发挥了这一优势,从而超越了传统理论范式的局限性,在实践中摸索出一套科学的市场管理模式与方法,讲出一个大国如何从落后发展成为世界重要经济体的"中国故事",也讲出了为什么西方发达国家不能而新中国能实现长期稳定繁荣的经济机制。Since the founding of new China,in the course of 70 years of development,especially more than 40 years after the reform and opening up,it has achieved long-term and stable economic growth.This is the result of the continuous exploration of the economic operation mechanism by all the working people under the leadership of the party.This process is accompanied by continuous attempts to adjust the economic system,with the gradual understanding of the relationship between economic system,economic mechanism and economic system,and finally found an economic mechanism suitable for economic development.The mechanism of China’s economic operation is different from any traditional or contemporary western economic paradigm.It is the economic operation principle with Chinese characteristics that we have extracted from countless historical experiences and lessons of success or failure,keeping pace with the times.Its success lies in that it has always been under the great goal of socialism to realize the people’s desire for a better life,follow the principle of demand first.After entering the market-oriented stage,it gave full play to this advantage.Thus,it transcends the limitations of the traditional theoretical paradigm.Explore a set of scientific market management mode and method in practice,tell the“China story”of how a big country developed from backwardness to an important economy in the world.It also explains why new China can realize the economic mechanism of long-term stability and prosperity,while western developed countries can’t.
