中药内治外敷在辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿毛细支气管炎患儿辅助应用细辛脑注射液和中药穴位贴敷的临床效果及对局部炎症反应状态的影响。方法:以2018年2月-2021年2月本院儿科收治的204例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组102例。两组均给予相同的治疗措施,包括抗感染、抗病毒、化痰等,治疗组在此基础上给予细辛脑注射液辅助治疗和中药穴位贴敷。1个疗程结束后,观察两组临床疗效、临床症状、体征消失时间和住院时间,比较两组治疗前后局部炎症细胞变化和血清炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率为84.31%,低于治疗组的95.10%(P<0.05)。治疗组退热时间、止咳时间、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组局部炎症细胞与血清炎症因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组局部炎症细胞与血清炎症因子水平较治疗前均降低,且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:细辛脑注射液联合中药穴位贴敷的方式辅助治疗小儿支气管炎能有效提高临床效果,降低局部炎症反应,缩短住院时间,促进患儿早日康复。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of assisted application of Asarone Injection and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in pediatric bronchiolitis and its influence on local inflammatory response.Method:A total of 204 children with pediatric bronchiolitis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,102 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given the same treatment measures,including anti-inflammatory,antiviral,expectorant,etc.,on the basis of above,the treatment group was given Asarinol Injection combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.After a course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs and the length of hospital stay of two groups were observed,and the changes of local inflammatory cells and serum inflammatory factors of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 84.31%,which was lower than 95.10% in the treatment group (P<0.05).The antipyretic time,cough relieving time,disappearance time of pulmonary rales and hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the local inflammatory cells and serum inflammatory factors between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the local inflammatory cells and serum inflammatory factors in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Asarone Injection combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce local inflammatory reaction,shorten the hospital stay and promote the early recovery of
