二甲地黄汤对子宫颈上皮内瘤变LEEP术后患者人乳头状瘤病毒负荷量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究二甲地黄汤对子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)术后患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)负荷量的影响。方法:选择2020年1-12月于本院接受LEEP术治疗的112例CINⅡ、Ⅲ患者为研究对象,将其按照治疗方式的差异分为研究组(n=60)与对照组(n=52)。对照组接受常规术后药物干预,研究组在对照组基础上加用二甲地黄汤辅助治疗。对比两组治疗前后HPV-DNA负荷量变化,临床疗效差异以及手术的一般情况。结果:治疗后,两组HPV-DNA负荷量均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组患者的80.77%(P<0.05);研究组术后阴道出血时间、术后出血量、排液时间以及排液量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于CINⅡ、Ⅲ接受LEEP术患者术后加用二甲地黄汤有助于加快康复进程,提高治疗效果,同时还可以显著降低患者HPV-DNA平均负荷量。Objective:To explore the effect of Erjia Dihuang Decoction on the human papillomavirus (HPV) load of patients after cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) cervical loop electrosurgical resection (LEEP).Method:A total of 112 CINⅡ,Ⅲ patients who received LEEP in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group (n=60) and control group (n=52) according to the difference of treatment methods.The control group received routine postoperative drug intervention,while the study group was additionally treated with Erjia Dihuang Decoction as adjuvant therapy.The changes in HPV-DNA load before and after treatment,differences in clinical efficacy and the general situation of the operation between the two groups were compared.Result:The HPV-DNA load of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and that of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.77% in the control group (P<0.05);the time of vaginal bleeding,postoperative bleeding volume,drainage time and drainage volume in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:After LEEP for CINⅡ,Ⅲ patients,the addition of Erjia Dihuang Decoction can accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve the treatment effect,and at the same time,it can significantly reduce the average load of HPV-DNA.
